Our Mission

We like to be able to pick our own table. We use locally grown organic produce and naturally raised beasts. We make our own bacon, ketchup, ailoli, and mustards. We prefer to serve fish with their heads on; we’re prone to late lunches and early drinking.

We don’t like menus. Rather, we prefer our ingredients as fresh as possible. So don’t be offended when you have to get off your butt to peek at a chalkboard (we have chalkboards on wheels too, just ask your server and they will wheel one over to you!)

We think cider is great with breakfast and know that beer improves every meal. We even have a brewery right under our roof. We love cooking with wine,  and sometimes we even put it in the food. We like drinking late into the night and love gin & tonics in the summer.

We love all things Canadian; especially hockey, and girls who aren’t afraid of pork chops. We’ll eat bacon with every mean if possible. We love live music, and we love it loud.

In other words, we like to have FUN!
(And we can take those fish heads off if you prefer, pumpkin!)
