Executive Chef – Heather Gould-Hawke
A top graduate from Vancouver Island University culinary program and equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree in visual arts; Red Seal Chef Heather Gould-Hawke is one of Canada’s top female toques.
Chef Gould-Hawke is a classically trained chef with a passion for Italian, French and Asian cuisines. Mentoring under Canadian Culinary Federation Vice President Chef Blake Chapman and apprenticing in prestigious venues such as the Fairmont Hotels, Marriott Hotels and a number of A-List restaurants; she brings a wealth of experience and talent to our kitchens at Red Door Brands.
Chef Gould-Hawke and her support team are noted for their commitment to ‘from scratch’ cooking techniques and for dedication to supporting local farmers and producers. Her simple, creative and approachable culinary techniques and menu creations have been featured in publications like: The Calgary Herald, Where Calgary, City Palette and City Style and Living. She has also been featured on Breakfast Television and Global TV.
