<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><em>The Amarillo IPA has been re-fermented in the cask with a special ale yeast and spiked with a big blast of Simcoe hops from the Pacific Northwest US.  This is a cask for those who seek out the hop!</em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><em> The re-fermentation and dry hop addition have produced a smooth, naturally carbonated Amarillo IPA.  The casked beer tastes very fresh and has great hop aroma, flavour, and bitterness – the Simcoe hops are quite aggressive and give the beer a pungent apricot-pine resin character.  It will be served by gravity right off the bar and </em></strong></p>

<p>A special British ale yeast, sugar, Chinook and Cascade hops from the US Pacific Northwest, and a splash of all-spice berries have been added to the cask.  This re-fermentation with the all-spice and dry hop additions have produced a smooth, spicy, naturally carbonated Gonzo Cream Ale.  The dry hops are bold and strong flavoured and give the beer a juniper–citrus character which blends nicely with the clove-spice notes from the all-spice.  The casked beer tastes very fresh and is served by gravity right off the bar.  It represents what beer lovers call a “live cask-conditioned real ale”.</p>
